Hi,
I wonder if anyone can help please? I've just bought a Lenovo Ideapad 500 running windows 10 and i'm having issues with my printer. It initially worked fine when i added the device to the laptop (wirelessly) then I kept getting messages saying "printer needs intervention" but didn't suggest what the intervention might be...I did a bit of googling, uninstalled the printer and driver and downloaded new software from HP's website, which also told me that my printer (HP Desktopn 2450) was compatible with Windows 10. After re-starting it seemed fine and printed. However this morning, I've got the same message "printer needs user intervention" and it won't print..
Thanks in advance.

I know this is not your PC or printer but read

The section dealing with IP addresses. You need to ensure printer has a fixed IP0 -
