Lasting Power of Attorney - Any Example Statement Lists?

I am considering sorting out LPAs and Wills for myself and family.

I am not sure on doing DIY wills yet but the LPA process appears to be straightforward in the most part.

I would like to know if there is a site or book of well worded statements you can use in the sections where you can specify things you would like to happen (e.g. prefer and would like statements) and sections that must happen (must and have to statements).

This will serve as a good reference to the type of statements and ensure I am covering what is normally included.

In section A7 of the notes it only provides 10 or so examples.

Can any one help with more statements? This would be a great resource and obviously will be "donated" without any warranty of any kind.

Thanks
