No mobile account TalkTalk

Hi, since I cancelled my broadband TalkTalk have erased my mobile account. Anyone else had this happen? When I rang I spoke to six different people who all told me I'd be able to view it soon. This hasn't happened. Last month they tried telling me I'd exceeded my data allowance. I knew this was impossible because I got the warning two days after my plan renewed and I have never exceeded my data in all the time I've had a smartphone. This month they're saying I'm close to my text limit and I have no way of checking. I've posted this on the community at TalkTalk. They are not providing the service they promise in their terms and conditions. What can I do?
