Compulsary notice pay

Hi,

I have been made redundant without notice as the company is going in to liquidation due to insolvency. I've had conflicting advice about pay in leiu of notice. Some have said I'm
due 6 weeks pay (statitory as I've worked for the company for over 6 years-1 week for every year) and others have said I'm due 3 months pay as my contract states 3 months notice. Could anyone clarify please? I know I'll need to submit a rp2 form at the end of the notice and any wages, benefits etc will be deducted,

Thanks in advance
