ICELOLLY.COM & FLEXICRUISE COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS


The Organiser
1. The organiser of this competition is Icelolly Marketing Ltd.
2. The competition starts on the 9th June 2016 and ends at 23:59 on the 6th July 2016.
3. One winner will be chosen by random selection using a random number generator from all valid entries within 14 days of the competition closing date. The winner will be notified by email and will have 7 days to confirm acceptance of the prize, otherwise a redraw will take place.
4. Icelolly Marketing Ltd. and Flexicruise will not sell or share your data with any other companies. However, for the prize winner only, we will pass your details on to the supplier of the cruise for the purposes of facilitating the prize on our behalf.
5. The prize winner will be responsible for ensuring that they have read, understood and accepted the privacy policy and terms and conditions of the cruise supplier, and hereby confirm that they consent to a transfer of their information to said supplier to the extent necessary for the fulfilment and delivery of the prize.
6. By entering the competition, the winner accepts full and complete responsibility for their own safety and welfare at all times.


Entry Criteria
1. Entry into the prize draw will be deemed acceptance of these rules and separate instructions for entry will form part of the rules.
2. In order to enter the competition prize draw, entrants must subscribe to receive emails from Icelolly Marketing Ltd.
3. Entrants must be a UK resident aged 18 or over as of, or before the time of entering, who hold a valid British Passport.
4. Employees of Icelolly Marketing Ltd. and The Holiday Travel Club Ltd. t/a Flexicruise along with their friends and family or any other person connected to this competition promotion are forbidden from entering.
5. Entries are limited to one entry per person. Use of a false name or email address will disqualify the selected entrant from receiving any prize.
6. Icelolly Marketing Ltd. reserves the right to ask any potential winner for documented proof of name and passport status.
7. No cash alternative will be available and all promotion prizes are non-transferable and non-negotiable.


The Prize
The cruise give away consists of the following; 7 night, Mediterranean fly cruise on-board Norwegian Epic departing on selected dates in October 2016 for two passengers. Accommodation will be based on the two passengers sharing an inside cabin. Return flights from Stansted to either Rome or Barcelona are also included. Should the prize-winner choose to upgrade their cabin or fly from an alternative UK departure airport, the appropriate supplement at the time of booking will be payable.
From the date of being awarded the prize, the featured cruise is subject to availability and must be confirmed by the 31st July 2016 or the prize will be withdrawn. If for reasons outside of our control, this specific fly cruise isn’t available, then Icelolly Marketing Ltd. has the right to offer an alternative.
It is the responsibility of the prize winner to ensure they have a valid passport, travel insurance and obtain any necessary vaccinations and visa for their trip.
Once the booking has been confirmed, any alteration to the booking will incur administrative charges, payable by the prize winner.
All elements of the prize are subject to availability, is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.
The winner and their guest may be required to participate in publicity including being featured in Icelolly Marketing Ltd social media.
The cruise prize excludes, which are payable by the winner;
• Any departure and/or arrival taxes.
• Ground transfers to and from the UK airport.
• Transfers from the arrival airport to the port of departure and vice versa.
• Hold baggage.
• On-board gratuities.
• Speciality dining.
• Excursions and spa treatments.
• Travel insurance, spending money and any other personal expenses.
• Visas and vaccinations (if appropriate).
