Who Can Help Me Sell My House

I have a 5 bedroom bungalow in London and I want to sell it because I will be moving to Ireland very soon.
I need people who can help me sell off the property quickly.

If you really need a quick sale, you could auction it? You'll likely get less money overall, but a binding contract will be formed from the moment the hammer falls.

You could also instruct an estate agent to market it at significantly below market value - in the hope that it attracts lots of interest and sells quickly.
  • Thanks for the quick reply. Are there trusted estate agents in this forum that can provide such service.

Get 3 local estate agents round to value the place and then negotiate the fee.

Auctions can be good and from what I've seen in London auctions bidding usually goes quite a bit over the average property price.

You can just have a chat with your local agents and get a sense of their work style and see who you think will be able to move with the speed and efficiency you are looking for. You can market to appeal to landlords and property investors who can buy quickly with less hassle or even first time buyers.

I think you have a misapprehension of what this forum is. But given the state of the London property market if you price it towards the bottom of a range of realistic valuations I would expect it to go quickly.

I sold my London terrace on the first day I marketed it in order to move to NI

You just need to price it right, it's not rocket science
