What boiler? 5 bed room 2 floor semi 3 showers.

Hi I have moved in a property and want to fit anew boiler

It's 2 floor(with a loft and has 3 showers). Quite large.

Pressure is between 2.8-3.2 bar and the The flow rate is 15.

I was told a 250 litre unvented cylinder with a 24kw system boiler would be best?

Thoughts?

Flow rate isn't very good for an unvented cylinder
I'm only here while I wait for Corrie to start.

You get no BS from me & if I think you are wrong I WILL tell you.

See my response to coffee_king post on this thread. I have a large semi Victorian house on three floors with two showers. In low water pressure area. I have a Worcester combi, think it is a 30si. Works fine. Further details on my other post.

Would a combi with 3 showers work properly?

Only if they weren't used at the same time.

Actually the main shower is off the combi but the second one, on the top floor is off the cold water tank and has a pump. However the c/h engineer was here the other day doing some work and said I might like to think about putting the top floor shower on the combi and doing away with the tank. He installed the Worcester boiler, last year, and so knows our installation. He said it would be fine. Cannot comment on three showers.

If you did that then you wouldn't be able to use 2 showers at the same time.
