hello! they sent me from HM Revenue & Customs a huge form named Tax Credits - Annual Review.
What is that in simple words? What do I have to do? They ask me to say how much I earned, but I keep no track.
thanks!

Is it any particular part you're stuck on? The form is self explanatory, and it is up to you to keep a record of what you earn. Are you employed or self employed?0

Part of me wants to respond with "Don't worry, if they stop your tax credits then you can fall back on that £100k that you banked a couple of weeks ago" ...
I'm guessing this is your first annual review?
Are you employed or self-employed? If you're employed then your employer should have provided you with a P60 document advising how much you have been paid during the financial year 2015/16. That is the figure that you need to declare to HMRC, along with details of any money received in benefits, any income that your wife/partner has received etc.
It's all quite self-explanatory if you go onto the Tax Credits renewal website. I'm presuming that you can find the website and are quite internet savvy, given that you're on here.:heartpuls Mrs Marleyboy :heartpuls

I am employee, but I worked a TWO second jobs during the previous year and I have no idea how much they paid me, should I ask them for a P60?
I worked 3 months at mcdonalds and 3 months at another company, should I contact them to give me P60?0 -

You'd only get a P60 if you were employed at the end of the tax year. Otherwise you should have for a P45 when leaving.0 -

I just got today P60 from my main employer. Yet I told you I worked in two other employers for a couple of months during the year. What should I do?0 -
You could ask these two employers for details of how much you earned with them for 2015/160

You are aware that now you are living with a partner it should be a joint claim?
If you have no information on previous employment you'll need to contact their payroll depts and ask them to check.0
