    I suspect that there are a LOT of people in their 60s who made wills when they were moving house/ taking out mortgages/having children - my "current" will is dated 1986 !! Note to self -make apt. with solicitor!

    In the absence of divorce the wills do remain valid. Nothing may about it!:)
