Hey guys,
I need some advice!
I'm moving into my new rented flat soon, sharing with another friend. Its a newly developed building, converted from a factory I think, so there's no history of previous tenants or anything.
Please advise me on what you think I should do about gas and electricity? Should I go for separate firms or a dual fuel option? Which company?
Anything you have to say would be really really helpful!
Thanks in advance,
:cheesy: Andrew :cheesy:

Hi Andrew......guess it. Being a flat it will be less than the national average of 3300kwh for electric and 20,000 kwh for gas. Say....2000 and 12000...and put into the machine that you are with British Gas Standard Dual Fuel.
Dual fuel and direct debit is usually cheaper. Ebico is cheap for low users. Perhaps you are all electric, in which don't know.
If you also compare 3300 and 20000 this should give you High and Low estimates. You will need your postcode.0 -
You will need to register with the current provider when you move in, even if you are planning to use a different company. Use energyhepline to find a suitable company, they will can take some details about the size of your property and guestimate your consumption for you.0
