I had an email 'from Ebay' saying goods I had sold were not received and that the party was taking legal action against me.
I don't have an Ebay account, didn't open the withheld part and barred the sender .0 -
Apologize and say your paypal account was hacked and closed, so you do not have their details and can send them a cheque.
