virgin without tv

I wish to keep my good fibre optic connection (via Virgin) for broadband & phone, but dont need TV - Freeview plus i-players are more than enough for me. But Virgin claims the TV is "free" - so no reduction for no TV. Has anyone managed to get a reduction from Virgin, or can I use Virgin's cable for broadband/phone from a cheaper provider?

No you cannot use VM cable .
Only ones that use it are VM .

What are your package costs and how long have you left on contract .

We found it would cost MORE as a singular deal. Bizarrely you pay less for a package than just one or the other.

I've had all 3 services from them.

Everytime I have negociated a better deal or try to get rid of the TV & TIVO, they give it me back for free.

So get the cost low (under £30) and hopefully you may get the TV for free.

They do like to keep people supplied with 3 services
