Moorcroft group CCJ

Hi.
Sorry if this is a regularly asked questions. I've signed up to get some advice.
2012 I had an outstanding balance with Next that passed it to Moor croft group who obtained a CCJ against me. I never received the payment and in denial I hid from it and I've later found out Moor croft returned the debt to next who sold it to Lowell. 6 months later Lowell contacted me looking to collect the same debt. I set up an arrangement and cleared the balance fully.
I've just gone to check my credit file and I have an outstanding CCJ showing as active. After speaking to Next andMoorcroft group, next have an outstanding balance as they weren't able to sell the court costs applied by Moorcroft to Lowell.
They've only agreed now to mark the CCJ as satisfied if I pay the additional £90 court costs in full. The starting debt was £230, and as far as I'm concerned I've paid the balance so can't see why the CCJ is still active.
My question being can I do anything about these "court fees" no one seems to be able to do anything about satisfying it unless I pay.
Is there really much of a difference between an active and satisfied CCJ.
Moor croft were replying to my emails but since asking what the charges are for and can I receive a breakdown they are now ignoring me

i'd say for the sake of 90 quid try and ask them to get it removed. ask as a gesture of good will towards your self.
get it in writing also..
they have their judgement on you the damage is now done, so while you technically do owe the money still it maybe wise to pay but try negotiate at the same time.0 -

This all sounds a bit confusing. Can I suggest that you phone the court that issued the ccj and check how much the judgement was for and who the claimant was.
It seems more likely to me that Lowell would have bought the debt, and gained the judgement and so this would no longer be anything to do with Next (the original creditor) or Moorcroft (their collector).0
