Talk talk customer 'service'

My internet provider was previously AOL, but I was taken over by Talk Talk. My phone line provider is BT. The set up had been working fine - until Monday. They have emailed me before, during the hacking saga

Plus they email every month with my monthly bill

It's an efficient and easy way to contact people

I'm not sure we can blame the Post Office for not delivering the letter - don't Royal Mail deliver letters these days?
