I'm looking for some helpful comments or stratagies on how to get the safest and best deal for a family holiday abroad with a few thing to take into consideration.
First of all we have a family of 6 with 2 adults 4 children ages 13,8,5,3 we live in Scotland my wife is registered disable her mobility is deteriorating so we wanna grab some great memories for our family and whilst my wife has her independence.
1. DIY holiday or All inclusive. Packages half board villas
2. Disabled facilities
3. Kids themed holiday
4. Flights and seating
5. End of July 2016 - Early August 2016 or last option October 2016
6. Is there extra help for disabled
7. Travel insurance
8. What to take laugage
9. Airports ?? journey to different airports across the UK or keep to closer airports for less hassle
thats all i can think of at the moment. Thank you for any help that can simplify booking holidays

for this summer, school holidays, you have left it very late, and it won't be cheap.
Possibly a situation where using a high street travel agent might be best, rather than DIY when you have little or no experience. The questions that get the best answers are the questions that give most detail....0 -
Agree with above. Maybe look at Euro Disney?0

There'a a forum on Trip Advisor for Travelling with Disabilities.
The first thread on that forum is a 'sticky' and well worth reading...
