About to move from DLA to pip, was on mid rate care high rate mobility DLA; PIP will be standard rate care NO mobility (not happy but might accept).
As a couple we receive esa ir, oh gets dla mid rate care low mob.
The question will our HB (paid at full rate) and council reduction be affected by the change to my PIP ?

Should have no effect on HB. PIP/DLA is diregarded for income, and you should still both get the disability premium on your HB applicable amount. Worth letting the council know of this change.
BTW - Are you both claiming the carers allowance / premium?Alice Holt Forest situated some 4 miles south of Farnham forms the most northerly gateway to the South Downs National Park.0 -

they would be better off not claiming the carers premium, but by both claiming the severe disability premium instead0 -
thanks both, and yes we claim SDP and assume that will continue??0

yes it will continue.
SDP is dependant on the are componant and it is irrelevant if the mobility component is in payment or not0
