Uh, I wrote a long addition here, and went *completely* off topic, so I've erased it! Basically, I'm with the planning and the boring-with-money bits. Maintenance is more difficult than severe cutbacks in some ways, because you can have *some* things. Its quite a balancing act. And I'm sure the key is talking it through with your OH, silkglade, and challenging those guilt feelings. This is your life, these are the times you have. More erasing going on here, wandering off topic again. Go for it, and stay safe!2023: the year I get to buy a car0

Sorry I didn't mean it in a nasty way. I mean't it's easier to do a really really strict budget because when it's a choice between buying anything and a threatening credit card bill one goes for the strict budget. It's the spending some money but not too much that seems really hard to get the balance on. I worry that your debt-diet is so strict that when there isn't the debt to fight , the money already spoken for etc and there's spare money you are going to find it really hard to relax when you spend money.immoral_angeluk wrote: »I'm sorry but what the hell is that supposed to mean?????0 -
