this really in treagues me to say the least, sales negotiators are trained NOT TO MEASURE OFF PLAN the reason being property mis description act just one small mistake...... the fencer could make slight error in placing the fence board just slightly inside plot boundries plus sales neg could measure wrong scale..normal procedure is the site agent meets with client and walks them around the plot pointing out garden size gradients etc, sometime he or she will draw the fence line in white chalk BUT CLEARLY STATE estimate only, how many older type homes are sold with garden size?
