Ordered curtains from Hiliarys in April. They fell down the first time we used them. They came out and said it was the wrong track. New track apparently ordered and was due a week later. 2 weeks later and I've just found out it wasn't ordered until the 3rd June and won't be here til the end of the month.
Really want to cancel the order and go elsewhere but they are saying I can't cancel.
They have offered me £50 off my next order - what a joke!
