Lloyds not giving final response until FCA release new guidance

I received letter saying Lloyds could not give final response until FCA release new guidance. 3 weeks later I had a text saying they had been trying to contact me about my ppi claim and that they now had details of how much I was due and to text post to receive my pack.the text was from an0794 number.does any one know what they mean by receive pack and has anyone else received one of these texts.0
