Miss payment reporting

What makes a payment to a credit card show up as a missed payment on credit history?
I pay one cc on 24th of each month (payday), each month on clearscore I have noticed the 'O missed payments' for the last few months and the 'balance' on each month is different to the 'current balance'
Also the 'balances' don't add up
Spends in April = £66 (interest)
Payment in April = £100
Balance change = -£14
Where is this £20?
The 'current balance' appear to be £136 less and what I take as the actual balance.

It depends when they're reporting - end of month, statement balance, etc.
A missed payment is when you don't make payment by the due date.0 -

Thank you. I thought that was the case
