Or you could grate, it all depends which type of cheese it is really. I often drop on goats cheese reduced to 19p in MrM's which I slice ready to use with veg in tartlets or puff pastry. Cheddar I pre-slice or grate. Wensleydale or Cheshire I just make into smaller portions. If I'm going to cook with the cheese I always grate before freezing.Why pay full price when you may get it YS
