I agree with you Sue. It would be good for everyone to pool together and ensure that he does not continue to do this. He is a real con artist and he knew he was offering a service he had no intentions of supplying. The fact that he is taking orders for Christmas shows that he is continuing to prey on people. This is a full time occupation for him, he has no scruples and no remorse for his actions. He needs to be stopped.

Can I suggest that everyone posts a warning on their local Streetlife website. And I believe his local area is High Wycombe so would suggest you post on that Streetlife, mine is Shepperton/Walton/weybridge. Hopefully word will get back to him!

I have just seen this.
I apologise for those of you who had problems but I understood that either the shutters had been delivered or I had given everyone a full refund. If any of you have not received all your money back please email me and I will sort it out.

I am happy to talk to trading standards and show them the issues I had with the supply chain along with testimonies for numerous customers who absolutely love their shutters.

I also notice that their are customer who have made comments on the forum who definitely received a refund in the agreed time without any argument who have not come back to update their comments.

Again I really do apologise to those of you who have not received their shutters or a full refund and ask that you contact me directly so I can resolve this. I will not be posting on this forum again.

I hope you got your money back! I had the same issue and after much force I got my money back and found an amazing company who completed our work!
