Item says 'Delivered' when it has not been, where do I stand?

What you need to do is get the seller's address. If they are a business, they shoukd have it displayed.
You then need to WRITE to them with a letter before action, stating that you have NOT received the pillow, and the tracking states it was put through the letter box, which was impossible. As it is THEIR contract with the courier, you are goving them 14 days from receipt of letter to refund in full or send a replacement, otherwise you will take court action.
Send with proof of postage, and perhaps email them a copy too.
Forget trying to do an ebay case, as all they care about is the tracking saying it is delivered. Common sense does not apply.Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)0
