Expired. £20 Amazon voucher for helping us test Cheap Energy Club (we need 75 people)

We've had lots of people get in touch since this thread was posted - we're now oversubscribed. We'll email those who've been selected to take part on Wednesday.

As part of our plans to improve Cheap Energy Club in the future, our techies are making some behind the scenes changes to the site in early June. We’d like 75 of our Cheap Energy Club members to help us test it - in return we’ll send you a £20 Amazon voucher as a small thank you.

What will I need to do?
Before 6pm on Friday 10 June, you’ll need to login to your Cheap Energy Club account and check that your details are all up-to-date (and edit your account if not).

Then on Saturday 11 June between 10am and 12pm (noon) log back into your Cheap Energy Club account and check that everything is working as usual, filling in an online survey as you go. We’d suggest that you don’t fully switch your energy during these checks.

We think this should take around 30-45 mins to complete. There’s a chance we might not be ready for 10am, in which case we’ll email you to tell you (including the new time if we know).

How do I get involved?

If you’re not already a Cheap Energy Club member, you can sign-up via www.moneysavingexpert.com/cheapenergyclub and then let us know that you’d like to take part.

As numbers are limited, this is on a first-come, first-served basis and you can only get one voucher per household (as we need variance to our testing!). We’ll reply to your email to confirm if you’re needed and update this post once we’ve got enough people.

We’ll aim to send you a reminder email the night before to confirm we’re ready for you to test the site plus instructions with a link to the survey before 10am on Saturday 11 June.

When will I get my voucher?
If you complete the survey within the agreed times, we’ll send you a £20 Amazon voucher directly to your email address within 21 days. Unfortunately I’m afraid that if you’re unable to complete this within these timescales we won’t be able to give you a voucher.

Hi - 12 noon, so a two hour window.
