How do I know my DRO is finished?

Hi Joker
There's no notification sent to you per se. Your details will fall off the Insolvency Register three months after the end of your 12-month moratorium:
https://www.insolvencydirect.bis.gov.uk/eiir/IIRRegisterNameInput.asp?option=NAME&court=ALL
These letters may be from companies who have bought debts you listed in your DRO. As long as they were included at the time, you will be fine regardless of who owned the debt. A couple of suggestions:
- Send the creditors a copy of this letter:
https://www.nationaldebtline.org/EW/sampleletters/Pages/Creditors-asking-for-payment-after-debt-relief-order-approved%20%28sole%20name%29.aspx
- Contact the Debt Relief Order Unit in Plymouth on 01752 635 200.
Either way, make it clear to the relevant creditors that you will make formal complaints if needs be.
