Renting student accomdation, inclusive or not?

Inclusive seems the best deal but just wanted a few opinions.
I am looking just for summer months as have somewhere to stay after that and for 1st year commuted.
I originally looked at somewhere that was £50 a week which had water and internet but no electric, in student/first time buyer part of town where I am going to stay and also minutes from nightclubs and a 24 hour Asda and a Home Bargains and Poundland but partly me not responding in time and part being let down meaning property is likely not available
I then found somewhere which haven't been given price yet but not available to 3rd July just around corner from first place.
I now have a choice of somewhere which is in a nice side street in town, just off town centre where there is nice (but expensive) coffee shops/cafes and a few minutes walk from a small Tesco but like 20 minutes walk to that 24 hour Asda so thats the main flaw if I run low on shopping but also less than 10 minutes from a Sainsburys.
I am not looking for advice/opinions on area but more opinions on the small things, the inclusive property has everything better except further to 24 hour supermarket and cheap takeaways as well as lower deposit but would be appreciated to get other views.
And the inclusive property is getting some decorating and new kitchen in over summer so have minor disruption but may be worth it to get a nice place cheap.

I get my shopping delivered so the proximity to a supermarket is not one of my concerns.
I live across the road from an Asda and less than 5 minutes further walk to a Sainsbury's or Tesco. I might only visit the supermarket once a month to pick up something I've forgotten to order in the weekly shop.
I would prefer to be much further away from take away's than I am to prevent temptation getting the better of me.:footie:

With me its more that I prefer Aldi and Lidl (which are about 10-15 minutes walk) but if I am bored late at night I can pop out and go to 24 hour supermarket or if I fancy a takeaway as a treat I can be there within a few minutes rather than say 10 minutes though that isn't as bad.
Just thought of a good thing for the inclusive one, its right next to a museum so nice to go in when bored and only about 3-5 minutes walk from main shops in town and library so its bonus for that.
I was thinking at the moment in a one bedroom flat I am paying £7-10 a week electric so would be about the same price for both, difference would be for the inclusive one if its a hot day I can pop something in quick wash and have a shower without0 -
I just went with the cheapest so i had more money to buy be...books.0

Lol I don't drink, I am at that age where I think most people in clubs are idiots and music is just loud noise, I replaced going out with eating takeaways which is why I am now fat.
I do like the option there though.0 -
The all-inclusive property sounds nicer (and easier to budget) and if you're getting chubby the longer walk to the supermarket and takeaways will do you good.0

Well im fat not just chubby but otherwise healthy low cholesterol blood sugar and do a lot of walking anyway.
It was more that if I had a busy day or just tired I want to just go around the corner as such and grab something cheap, so I am paying a little for convenience.
A good bonus for the inclusive one is the other ones are at the end of the clubbing area of town which is quite well known for problems, theres always fights and pickpockets on pay weekend every month so if I walked the longer way round it would be just as far as the inclusive property to get home.
I suppose I should add a few things to make the whole situation clearer, I lived in that part of town years ago or should I say the nicer part of that area with the bigger houses and beautiful streets and this is the 1st time buyer/tiny house part of that area which holds no memories but is a few minutes walk from the beautiful part I used to live and a few minutes more from beautiful park but everything else is worse.
Inclusive place is in a posher part of town and minutes from the main town centre but only memories of around there were the union bar I went to when I was 17 and cocktail bar sadly both of which are long gone (8 years ago sadly) in fact I remember wanting to live there when I was younger as it was so beautiful.
If a property came up in those 2/3 streets where I used to live even if it cost more I would grab it due to the amazing memories I had.0 -

Get a freezer fill it with healthy precooked meals and a microwave to reheat the meals.
I can't really understand the decision to rent a property based on it's proximity to a take away outlet. If you really want a take away then I'm sure there are plenty of places that will deliver in the area for an extra £1.
According to Just-Eat we have no less than 50 take away's that will deliver to me. Most are free delivery, many are £1 and the most expensive is £3 but they charge £3 as they are 5 miles away.:footie:

It's not as much doing it in proximity to a takeaway as much as when tired I just want to get something like that.
Delivery is £1.50 at most takeaways even if its around the corner which may be worth it if making a large order but if I get my usual (which they do) which is chicken kebab chips and can its £5, if I want chicken burger chips and can its £3 so thats not much more than delivery cost.
Just like if I had a corner shop right next to my house and a supermarket 15 minutes walk away I would go to supermarket but sometimes wouldn't have the energy to do so, so could just pop on laptop and get it sorted.
Where I currently live they charge about £2 delivery for a mile away, and £2.50-£3 for 2 miles0 -

Doesn't it take more effort leaving the house and visiting a take away than just pulling out a frozen kebab/burger from the freezer and microwaving it. You can even buy microwave chips which are quite good, reasonably crispy and ready in less time than it takes to walk to/from the take away.
I'd go with the nicer property.:footie:

Surely renting somewhere nearest to your place of work should be your main priority?0
