Zest Beauty

I am looking for some advice with regards to a faulty item I purchased from this website.

In January this year I purchased a L'Oreal Steam Pod hair tool. I looked online and the best price was for a beauty website called Zest Beauty. It cost £138.

About a month ago I started to notice that it wasn't switching on first time and two weeks ago it didn't switch on at all.

For the last two weeks I have been trying to phone the Customer Service number which rings for approximately 5 minutes then puts you through to a voicemail. I have phoned this line at least 10 times leaving messages and as yet I have had no call back.

I have also used the online contact form numerous times explaining the situation and no reply.

I would like to know what I should do now. I have looked on the L'Oreal Paris website but it does not give any email contact details or phone numbers.

Help please!

Send them an email or put it in writing to their postal address.

If you paid by credit card, start a section 75 claim with your card provider.
You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride

Is this the Nottingham based company? If so post on their Facebook page, they respond on there. There's another phone number for you to try there also.
  • Hi, did you ever get a refund as I'm having the same problem with them. It is impossible to get my money back.

    Thanks
  • Because of issues like this, I've started buying a lot of my electricals direct from Amazon.

Costs a bit more, but saves a lot of hassle with problems down the line :)
  • Hiya i know it was a long time ago but did you get your money back from zest?
