Npower debt
Hi all, i have an outstanding debt - so they claim with N power. but it took them 14 months to contact me after i moved out of a previous flat. i could not give a final meter reading as my landlord would not give me access to the meter. i informed this to npower and never heard nothing. so 14 months later they started calling me saying i had to pay 548 pounds. now i could never get through to them and have written twice to them requesting a paper bill. but 6 weeks later i still have not been sent any thing.
i am not willing to accept a random phone call or an email as a confimration of debt. i want to see the bill in my hand to check the data,
so what can i do. someone from npower says a debt is there, but they never prove it with a letter to me.
how can i resolve this?
