Big love to y'all - feel like I haven't been around in ages.

All sounds like exciting, albeit stressful, things going on with everyone. Big deep breaths everyone!!

I've been working on getting some time back for myself - I've cancelled all but one of my classes so I am now only working around 40 hours per week. My house is thanking me - finally feel like I'm on top of house work etc.

Princess Pea - could you not just get a completely different job altogether? I guess a £4k pay cut is only about £200 a month (I think...) so have a think about what that would mean for you. My OH had a v stressful job and gave it up. I think as long as your bills are met and you have enough to live on then you'd be fine, but I've always just been a job-hopper and move to a completely different company when things start to suck.
