So DD,

Had reply from Payplan today; telling me I do not need to tell the IS now- unless I get the money before moratorium.

So i think I'll take that advice and tell them if and when the cheque arrives. If it does so within the moratorium- based on what you and Fatbelly have told me- I think they will let me keep the money with no issues.
