Evening all.
I was wondering if I could ask the forum for some help? I have searched the forum but nothing obvious turned up.
Several years ago when I was much less financially savvy I fell into the overdraft trap, one month I would go over my overdraft limit and the following month the charge would send me straight back over the OD limit again and so forth. I was being charged horrendous amounts!! This was back in around 2007 ish.
Basically can I still claim? As you can tell I'm not up to speed on this at all and I apologise up front for probably asking a question that's been asked a million times!!
Thanks
Dan

No. The banks won the court case in 2009.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only. They are not financial advice and you should not treat them as such. If you feel an area discussed may be relevant to you, then please seek advice from an Independent Financial Adviser local to you.0 -

Take a read and you will see that you cant unless it is incorrect application of charges (ie charged the wrong amount) or CURRENT financial hardship. Not historic.
The OP mentioned historic. So, they have no basis.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only.
