help with Banksmart

hi back at 1/11/12 i started claim against welcome finance for miss selling me car breakdown insurance with bank smart.
On Wed, Jul 10, 2013 at 2:04 PM, Bank-Smart Finance Dept emailed for outstanding amount of £19.05 so in question i emailed them back same day asking them to explain why how they made these charges up as i have received no reply from them so i ignore them they kept sending me letters and emails .
but today i have received letter from mil collections demanding me to pay £494.20 i was shocked and called them and i was told it was breach of banksmart contract charges that i need to pay £494.20, when i explain to the guy i wrote banksmart back in 2013 and no reply and i asked him can he break down the figure how exactly it came to £494.20 went threatening me court case against me if i am refusing to pay and when court case letter will hit my doorstep then i will find the break down for this figure which was strange any way i checked Companies House and the Bank Smart result shows that the company is dissolved on 30 april 2013 .
any one can please tell me what to do now how deal with these Mil collection cowboys Thanks

What happened to your misselling complaint?

Looking elsewhere, the FOS rejected your complaint. Is that correct? If so, why are you saying you are not liable for this debt?

Yes in past I have logged complain against Aviva it is in this forum on my previous posts after that I used smart bank to get some charges back and which they claim they did and billed the amount above I mentioned and when I questioned banks mart to breakdown this figure so they have not replied back now they sending me letter with huge amount and they claiming breach of contract so that's why I think i am not liable for this debt as they never got me any money back from the welcome finance why should I pay them a penny plus £494.20 it's a lots of money for providing no service at all they couldn't even answer my simple question to explain me the breakdown for £19.05 they wanted in first place

The Bank Smart website (https://www.bank-smart.co.uk/Home.aspx) - "your one-stop-shop for all your financial claims" - looks very much alive. And the company behind it Symmetric Systems Ltd - Company number 03822846 - is also very much alive.

The Bank Smart Ltd that was dissolved in 2013, was a non trading company that filed dormant accounts, and likely nothing more than a placeholder. It is likely of no relevance to your dispute.
