Hey ppl
I know everyone is very busy but i just wondered if anyone knew of any small houses, cottages, annexes or anything like that for rent in the evesham or pershore area.
Ideally a one or two bed would be ideal. I know there is not very much at the moment but anything would be considered as I am desperate!!
Thanks for your time!

Very true!
Have you considered a holiday home for a while? These sound expensive, but when you consider you have no CT and bills to pay - you usually only have to buy food/groceries - then they can work out to be fairly reasonable. Have you put up notices on the boards at supermarkets and newsagents? Where we live, in the Scottish Highlands, most rental housing is found via these bulletin boards. That's how the private landlords do it. They can be much nicer to deal with than EA's, anyway.:beer:0

Forgot to mention - there could be a shortage of rented property in the area, as the insurance companies could have taken them up to rehouse those "homeless" due to flooding. There may be people rehoused from Tewkesbury, for example.Warning ..... I'm a peri-menopausal axe-wielding maniac

Good point. I have new neighbours who are renting while their house is refurbished. They seem very happy that they'll be getting a new kitchen etc. I thought they'd be traumatised!Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.

Have you tried www.gumtree and then search for your local area? There are often lots of adverts for rented property on there.
We managed to find somewhere through using the 'grapevine' at work... did a blanket email asking if anyone knew of anywhere to rent and was fortunate enough to find somewhere that way.
Good Luck“A journey is best measured in friends, not in miles.”
