Going to try and plan meals and do more homemade cooking - using up items in cupboard & Freezer first. Hope you don't mind me joining this thread!

Monday - Spag Bol - kids - jacket potatoes, beans & cheese

Tuesday - Steak, chips & veg

Wednesday - OH pizza after footie - me n kids - tuna pasta bake

Thursday - Chicken Curry & rice - kids chicken wraps

    Friday - chicken fajitas

Hope I can stick to it!
  • For us the week will be

    Sun- pasta and vegetable soup
    Mon- spag bol
    Tues- chicken risotto
    Wed- cheesey aubergine bake
    Thu- meatballs in BBQ sauce
    Fri- bacon and lentil soup
    Sat- something and chips

Never cooked the pasta soup before and DH and DS both loved it.
Also everything else this week apart from spag bol and the chip meal will be first time attempts at these meals so could be an interesting week.
...it is not of more importance than daily life, which I have an enduring wish to make as useful and beautiful as possible.
