Wednesday: as Tuesday
Thursday: cottage pie using mince from freezer, green beans, carrots
Friday: curry nightMortgage started on 22.5.09 : £129,600Overpayments to date: £3000June grocery challenge: 400/6000 -
Sunday fish risotto (possibly)
Monday Leeks and beans, veg sausages
Tuesday daal and pitta bread
Wednesday Tuna and harricott bean pasta
Thursday Leeks and beans
Friday Tuna and harricott bean pasta
Bit of repetition there, but both are based on what I have, they're cheap, don't freeze well... and I'm way out of pocket after buying stuff for my new flat.
However, my new flat has a brilliant grocer 10 mins away - bought lots of veg for under £2
