Octagon Insurance - diabolical

Has anyone ever dealt with this lot? So I have been with Octagon Insurance since 2010 - just kept renewing as they were the cheapest. June 2014 I go through Quidco but remain with Octagon. I send them back the NCD they gave me in June stating 9 years NCD. Yes Octagon issues me with the NCD and I then emailed it back to…

Insurers deal with these issues on a daily basis. They will know that sometimes other Insurers state one level of no claims for their discount scheme and another in regard to how many years no claims the customer has.

Quite a few Insurers only note 5 or 6 years no claims and after being with them, customers receive no claims proof showing 5 or 6 years, when in fact they might have 10 years no claims.

Search through this site and you will see hundreds of complaints about this issue.

If you have a problem with any organisation, enter into their official complaints process at the earliest opportunity, as sometimes complaints have to be started within a certain time frame.
