Eligibility:
5. Entrant must be 18 or over.
6. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.
Prize:
A holiday to North America for two people, with return flights, U.S. transfers, travel insurance, four nights in a 4* hotel and £500 cash.
7. Flights are from Liverpool John Lennon Airport only and travel to and from Liverpool John Lennon Airport is not included in the prize.
7.1. The prize consists of: Return flights for 2 people from Liverpool to the winners chosen Northern American destination served by Aer Lingus (via Dublin).
7.2 Minimum booking notice of 3 weeks will apply.
8. Liverpool – Dublin flights are operated by Aer Lingus Regional which is operated by Stobart Air.
9. Liverpool – Dublin flights with Stobart Air.
10. Passengers are allowed checked baggage per person per flight (up to 20kgs) and one piece of cabin baggage (up to 7kg, subject to cabin baggage terms & conditions). Please note this excludes all sporting equipment.
11. There is no cash value or alternative to this prize which is non-transferable.
12. Frequent Flyer points or miles cannot be accrued on flights.
13. The flights must be used by February 28th 2017 & dates are subject to availability of flights.
14. Flight Tickets will only be issued by e-mail.
15. Aer Lingus reserves the right to change its schedule at short notice and in such an event passengers will be advised via e-mail.
16. While every effort will be made to facilitate the winners with their requests for specific travel dates, Aer Lingus reserves the right to choose specific flights and dates.
17. All flights are subject to availability and it may be difficult to obtain first-choice flights during peak travel periods, particularly during the summer period (June-August) including but not restricted to: bank holidays, school holidays, mid-term breaks or sporting events.
18. The necessary passport and visa/ESTA requirements are at the responsibility and cost of the winner.
19. The winner may be required to take part in any publicity accompanying or resulting from this competition.
20. Transfers in the USA from the airport to and from the hotel will be provided in the prize.
21. The winner will receive hotel stay for 2 at a 4* minimum hotel in the winners chosen destination
22. Hotel stay will be for four nights in either a twin or double room.
23. Travel insurance will be provided for the winner plus their companion.
24. £500 cash will be presented as a cheque from Global Radio to the winner.
25. Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
