Been offered 4.5k for my car by dealer. Someone has damaged car and driven off. The estimate I've had is 530.

Is it better to get the car fixed or just go to the dealer and ask them to reassess what the car is worth to them?

Could also go through insurance but I've already had a claim this year and I'm not sure how many claims I can make and not lose my no claims bonus

    Up to you really.

I'd probably call the dealer and ask what they want to do. They might prefer to have it repaired themselves or they might be trading it on

The dealer will probably be able to repair it a lot cheaper themselves in house so may not make a great deal of difference.
We had a similar situation, our quote from an independent body shop was £650. Dealer who was taking it in reckoned in house it would cost him £100, and adjusted the price as such.
