B&Q – Air conditioners and fans at ½ price (merged)

I was in store at B&Q today at Freeport and they had lots of fans at least 50% off.
Also online.

They also had all of there range of air cons reduced

Seems like B&Q expected we would have a hot summer and stocked up on Air Conditioner and Fans. These are all ½ price now with basic Air Conditioners starting at less then £80.

At these prices, might be worth buying for next year as I don’t think we’ll need one this year.

I noticed at 8.45pm our B&Q was open it always closes on Sunday at 4pm

The half price reductions are activated by head office, look out instores for further managers reductions to clear stock - usually a further 50% off.
They will soon need to clear the room for the focal point fires coming in to stores.

I recently purchased the New York Hammock which had 50% off, reducing it to £25, but there was further managers reductions to clear stock and picked it up for £12.

Cheers for this, picked up the B&Q 9000 BTU Mobile Silver Air Conditioner for £80 at my local.

Is this the unit that is on the website as professional fit only by qualified refrigeration engineer? If it is...is there an alternative?

Yep its £125 now in my local was tempted to get it but chose the 9000btu £80 one instead , still had full price on some of the Air conditioners as they had not got around to putting the clearance stickers on yet

I got the 'Airforce High Performance Stand Fan' today for £29.99 (was £59.98)and I'm well pleased with it.
It has a stylish glass base with the rest in sliver and crome and comes with a remote, Oh yer it works well with an oscillating function which apart from going side to side it also goes up and down:cool:
