Hello folk's
Apologies if I am in the wrong place for this question...
My wife is an avid user of YOUVIEW... connected through Ethernet Cable.
This is a service where you can watch programmes that you may have missed over the past week.
My question is that I enjoy watching the Food Channels in my study which run on Channel 41, but on my wife's tv in the lounge she cannot call on that channel to either view or playback.
Could some kind person help to resolve this issue please, or at least let her tune to channel 41 without disconnecting her Youview.
thanks and regards...

Thanks for your input...
..Yes we have already tried this method a few times in the past to no avail.

I deleted my post because I suddenly thought your wife wasn't using an aerial - JUST an ethernet cable. The quick answer is that Food Channel doesn't provide a catchup service.0

Good point because I notice on the channels as she ran through them it had 40 and then 42, and no 41, on the list so this is the reason.
The aerial goes into the Youview box at the back then into the tv, so I wonder why she cannot just switch over from her remote but she says she can't. So to avoid any 'grumps' I just 'nod' and say no more.

Just noticed "wife's tv in the lounge" ...so when she's out see if her TV can get channel 41. Does she have any weak signal channels (Youview) or all good? At the end of a retune (with her permission) is there a choice of regions?0

The tv will be able to tune into Channel 41 because I can watch it in my study and we both use the came aerial.
It would appear that my wife will have to re-adjust the settings on her remote or something else, but the bottom line is that her YOUVIEW will not let her view this Channel 41.
