House Of Fraser

Hi - this is my first post in the forum so sorry if it's in the wrong place - i bought a gilet online from House Of Fraser for £59.95 but when it arrived it had a lower price tag of £39.95 attached. They won't refund the difference. I feel disadvantaged as an online customer - if I'd bought it in the shop I would have paid the lower price? Are they within their rights? Thank you in advance.

You have no right to the price difference.

Maybe it isn't sold in store at that price? Have you actually seen one?

If you have, send back that gilet and go buy one in store for £39.95.

I wouldn't normally make this comment, but I suppose that someone has to!

Fiona. it the item arrived and the price tag on it was £79.99, would you have posted on here asking how you go about paying the extra £20 to HoF?

You've not been "disadvantaged". You bought something for the price you were happy to pay, full stop. And, as already posted, if it really is £39.95 in store then return the one you bought and go to the store and buy the cheaper one.

I agree - you have no legal comeback. You agreed the price.
