Benefit Review Interview

Hi, I have received a letter to go to JCP for a benefit review letter. It says they are updating their records and need to see me to review the information they currently hold on me. There is no mention that it's under caution or from compliance so is it really as it says? I have absolutely nothing to hide and have available all info that they require, Id, bank statements etc. when I google benefit review interview it seems to bring up threads of fraud accusations that's why I'm asking. Many thanks

Well a Benefit review is designed to make sure people are getting the right benefit and not getting overpaid etc. They ask about the circumstances and if their still the same as to when you claimed, They will ask you show all bank account that you have and statements normally about 6 month to a 1 year worth they require.

If you don't satisfy the person doing the review it then gets passed to compliance who will bring you in for a more formal interview in a room, Where as benefit review is generally done at the normal advisor table...

Many thanks For a speedy reply. I also had to send away proof to tax credits that my daughter is still in school and thought maybe it was related to that. I appreciate you taking the time to reply.
