Not the same at all.
Op received poor service in-store and through the website alike.
SD used to allow online orders to be returned or exchanged instore, not sure if they still do or not, so they hardly run it strictly as separate corporations.
Considering the shoddy service op received, they could have at least made an exception and exchanged the T shirt having sent out the wrong one twice. Especially since it was such a low value item!!
A lot of fuss over £3.50 -- ye, certainly is, good ol' sports direct making such a trivial matter in to something it should!!
Can't believe anybody can even defend SD!0
