0% purchases barclaycard

Anyone know where I can view the length of time I have to make 0% purchases. It was supposed to be 3 months, but I want to be sure. Can I view it on my online account? if so where? I do not believe i have been sent a credit agreement and cannot find it on my online account.

Thanks Guys

    Your card would have come with the agreement.

    Details appear on my statement, I've just started my 0.0% and on the 1st entry it indicates - Interest on your Promotional Spending BALANCE £**** INTEREST 0.0000% to 1st March 2017 Don't know whether this appears every month?

    check your online statement history for details :)

    Barclaycard don't send you details of Promotional Offers, agreement is on your statement :(

    I was not sent any such agreement :-(, I phoned them and the guy was vague said one should come but it's been weeks. I have not yet had a statement generated as I was reticent to spend until confirmation of my balance transfers, basically, I don't trust card companies and wanted to be sure.

    He also said it should be on my online account but it does not appear to be. I received some info about credit limit, transfers etc but it was very basic.

    Will probably need to call again and demand to speak to somebody more senior.

    All I know is its interest-free for 24 moths or something but the purchases upon application were in the first three month's but I need written conformation.

    Expiry dates, show on your statement each month, with the figure left remaining, obviously reducing in line with your payments, as already mentioned above.

    Wait for your first statement, and it will show the expiry date.

    **edit reading your post above, have you actually instructed a BT yet? if not then there wont be an expiry date or balance.

    Hi thanks for that, no statement yet as I have not made a purchase because I wanted confirmation on purchases.

    What do you mean BT? If you mean transaction, waiting for written confirmation.

    Buy a lettuce from Aldi for 39p:eek:, when you get your statement it will indicate the Promotional Offer, if not send a faster payment for 39p to clear the account. I take it you made a note of the person you spoke to and time, in case you need to make a complaint about this, when you contacted Barclaycard you entered into an agreement - that's the way Barclaycard operate on the Promotional Offers.

    BT = Balance transfer

    IMPORTANT - Was it a Promotional offer, is it a new application or have they offered you extra add on terms to existing contract - be very careful when you mix balance transfers and purchases with different timescales - be on your guard - 39p lettuce, should clear on 1st minimum payment.

    Have you setup a Direct Debit for minimum payment, they usually confirm by email that your Direct Debit is now up and running
