I would say, DO call it an appeal.
An appeal doesn't admit liability. And I think we all understand why it's best in your case that you get the letters now.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

All the usual stuff and Kevin is no longer talking to me as he has passed it to debt collectors. He has not answered any of my queries about failures to provide disabled bays or compliance with Equality Act 2010, quite possibly as he doesn't give a F and just wants my cash. Do I keep asking, or just ignore him and use it as a defence should he ever try to go to court?0

Philip Schofield has got in on the act about AS Parking. There are a number of Facebook posts about the Council, the Garden Charity that runs the Perranporth car park, and AS Parking who scam visitors to the town.
