Can you put it on a 0% credit card? Sainsbury have the longest term of 27 months .
Life is like a bath, the longer you are in it the more wrinkly you become.

I dont know if that has fallen victim to the Cuts..

Amazes me that you consider this "falling victim" yet you want a Brexit.

Do you need a new roof though? Can the old one not be repaired? Even getting the flashing fixed/ tiles back on (Even if the battens underneath/ roof timbers etc. are a bit rotten or past their best) will make a world of difference.

Yes. I've lost well over 100 tiles and they cannot be replaced as all the surrounding tiles would just fall out if you try to replace the missing one in the middle.

Would Insurance cover it? Worth a try. It's the first thing I would check out anyway.

Isn't the inside of your house soaking wet with all the rain we've been having?

100 tiles is a big part of our roof!

could they not have fixed their roof instead of going on holiday?

Yes, of course I could, because there's no difference whatsoever between a £5000 roof and £170 on flights to see your parents for the first time in two years. What a genius mathematician you are! I bow down to you! :D

It probably is. One of many worries I have right now!

Thank you but I don't think they will. I will double check this, however,

100 tiles covers a big area! It wouldn't be a case of 'probably' - your ceilings would be wet.

Yes, but as the trolls have quite rightly pointed out, I am in France just now but am returning home later this week. Hopefully my ceilings will be dry!
