    "Honest mistakes" - I suppose the alternative would be "careless mistake" or something similar.


    Foul language, what "bum" and "bloody"? Maybe. One should be able to express oneself without recourse to such words, but the usage does get the message across.

    It's what Synectics themselves told me when I asked them to elaborate on the explanatory letter they send with a SAR. They say that on all entries to the database there is a status with either clear or refer.
