TV showing repeated fault - Currys

The law changed to prevent the exploitation of children.
The law changed in October 2015 to limit the number of repair attempts to one.
Things are moving in the right direction - it is just unfortunate that you made your purchase before October 2015.
As has been said, do something about it.
Send your letter before action.
Speak to your credit card issuer (if appropriate).
Or maybe allow Currys a third repair attempt.
Just stop whining on here that Currys must do better.0 -

I expect Wealdroam and others are a little frustrated that you have been told repeatedly where you stand legally, but instead of acting on it you keep saying "I don't believe it ...."0 -
And just to make you feel even more warm and fuzzy .... the 28 days clause is 28 consecutive days, from the time they take possession of your goods for repair, NOT cumulative days of all repair attempts.0
