It's too late, the OP has already submitted that POPLA appeal which has nothing about signage or landowner authority or 'no keeper liability' (not in any detail).

It is nothing like the one I suggested and linked to adapt, which was about 20 times longer and had every appeal point we know might have won.

Never mind. The OP can try pointing out to POPLA, the omissions and changes in the evidence pack - and if the POPLA appeal loses, then no worries, defend it better if they try a small claim. This was an opportunity possibly missed, as you didn't use the example POPLA appeal you were shown.

Good luck but I fear you will lose this one, missing out stuff like signage and landowner authority is a major omission from a POPLA appeal, sorry. You haven't made TPS show much to win. This does NOT mean we are telling you to pay though; POPLA is not binding on consumers.

Apologies ... I skimmed over the fact that this was in relation to an evidence pack.
  • Won. Failure of NTK to comply with PoFA 2012. LoL!

Great! Can you please reproduce the whole decision (minus the car VRN) in 'POPLA Decisions' at the top of the forum, giving a link to this thread too and mentioning that your win was against TPS, so others can find your success easily when searching.

We could do with a POPLA Decision to quote about POFA 2012 failure of a TPS NTK, so your POPLA code showing as well and the date & Assessor's name will really help others, as we can quote it in future.
